Philip Kerr
I help you build the capacity to handle your next commercial step.
I work with B2B commercial leaders and teams facing higher targets, new markets or growing responsibilities. My focus is developing the capabilities and ways of working those demands require.

Philip Kerr, Commercial Performance Advisor, Oslo, Norway.
My experience spans high-velocity selling, complex enterprise and SaaS sales, product-led growth and AI-native go-to-market. I’ve built and led B2B sales operations, developed teams and worked on commercial strategy and growth. For 15 years, I’ve sold and implemented solutions across CRM, HR tech and performance management, helping leaders and organisations improve how they work and perform.
Sales Excellence & Human Performance
Sales experience taught me what commercial work demands. Performance coaching deepened my understanding of how people develop and apply their capabilities, particularly under pressure.
Performance Capacity.
My commercial experience and coaching background help me look at how sales work is organised, whether people have the practical selling skills the work requires, and how they apply those skills under pressure. The framework connects commercial experience, selling skills and human performance. I use it to explore what may be holding performance back before recommending commercial advisory, skills development, coaching or a combination. The challenge comes first, not the solution.
